Mini Pizzas
“Every pizza is a personal pizza if you try hard enough and believe in yourself." Create fun, beautiful, and tasty pizzas. All you need is cookie forms and a little bit of imagination.
Ingredients:
- 300 g of cresent roll or pizza dough
- Sogno Toscano cherry tomatoes passata
- 4 anchovies fillets
- mozzarella di bufala
- oregano
- salt and pepper
- EVOO
Preparation:
- Pre heat the oven at 350°
- Cut the cresent roll into 10m circles or as you prefer and place them into a tray.
- Add on each little pizza a little of Sogno Toscano cherry tomatoes passata, anchovies fillets pieces, EVOO, oregano, salt and pepper.
- Place the tray into the oven and bake according its cooking time placed on the crescent roll or pizza dough confection.
- Finish with adding fresh mozzarella di bufala or broil for few more minutes till it melts as you prefer.
