Pennoni Pesto Pasta

  1.  Start with adding basil leaves and partially olive oil into blender
  2.  Mix slightly
  3.  Add parmesan, pine nuts, garlic and rest of olive oil
  4.  Mix and set aside (cover very good so it don’t become black color)
  5.  In boiling water cook Sogno Toscano Pennoni till al dente
  6. Mix with pesto sauce and serve
  7.  You can serve it as with cold pesto as warmed up
  8.  Salt is not recommended as parmesan cheese is very salty itself
