Fusilli with Truffle Sauce
- 500g Fusilloni artisanal Sogno Toscano
- 200g truffle sauce Sogno Toscano
- Shiitake mushrooms
- 1 tbps of butter
- 1 tbsp of EVOO Sogno Toscano
- 1 cup parmesan cheese
- Fresh thyme
- Boil water for pasta. Add salt and pasta when the water is boiling.
- In a pan add olive oil and garlic. Stir until garlic is almost crispy. Meanwhile add butter, then add mushrooms and truffle sauce and cook until all water disappear and it looks caramelized.
- Once pasta is almost al dente, add pasta into pan and stir! Add chopped thyme. After a minute add truffle oil and cheese. Stir until the cheese melts and serve!!!
