👩‍🍳 Ingredients for 4 people:

  • Adoro Linguine 6 oz
  • Zucchini 14 oz
  • Grated provolone 2 oz
  • Parmesan cheese 2 oz
  • Grated pecorino 1 oz 
  • Fresh basil one bunch
  • Garlic 1 clove
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste 
  • Olive oil

✅ Instructions

In the skillet add olive oil and sliced zucchini 14 oz 

Fry them in abundant extra virgin olive oil until golden, then drain and lay them on absorbent kitchen paper to remove excess oil.

Turn off the heat

Add garlic 1 clove and  basil leaves

Let oil to absorb the flavor

Take 2-3 tablespoons of oil and transfer it to the bowl with the half of fried zucchini 

In the boiling water add salt and cook Adoro linguine 6oz

Transfer it right in the pan with oil and zucchini 

Add pasta water and turn on low heat 

Add parmesan 4 oz, pecorino 3 oz and provolone 4 oz

Add more of the pasta water and mix gently

Make it creamy and add fresh basil

Garnish with the rest of the zucchini 

Serve warm 🔥
