    REFUND POLICY

    Only damaged and incorrect products delivered are subject to a full refund after an investigation from our customer service department. Please send a picture of the damaged or incorrect item to customerservice@sognotoscano.com in order to start the refund request process.

    We only provide a refund for damaged and incorrect products reported within 30 days from purchase.

    Once the refund has been processed, you will receive an email notification, please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to reflect in your original form of payment.

    RETURN POLICY

    We accept returns within 5 business days of the date you receive your order.

    You can return an item using a carrier of your choice or request a return label from us. If you choose the second option, the shipping cost for the return will be deducted from your refund.

    Please bubble wrap each product that needs to be returned and use fragile sticker on the box. We are not able to offer a refund if the returned product arrives damaged. Once received, we will inspect the product and offer a refund within 2 weeks.

    LOST SHIPMENT POLICY

    In the event your package is missing please contact customerservice@sognotoscano.com so we can assist you with the claim .

    Our carrier has introduced a proof of delivery picture which is uploaded to the tracking page upon delivery. We are not responsible for packages missing after the delivery is completed so we invite you to provide with a safe shipping address or request to pick up the package at the closest Fedex facility in your area.
