Serrano as known also as "Ham of the Spanish Mountains," is a food that truly defines traditional Spanish cuisine. Using traditional Spanish techniques, only the highest quality white hogs are selected. They salt the legs for 2 weeks then air dry the meat for a minimum of 13 months. It is an essential ingredient for any tapas. Serrano is especially delightful when served with cheese and olives.
