Love to use the black truffle oil on pasta with mushrooms. Also use it on popcorn with mushroom salt. I like to mix the truffle oil with some of the other flavored oils for extra depth.

By far the best truffle oil to buy with high notes of truffle. In fact this is the brand of oil used at a high end restaurant I work at as well and have finally been able to order it online instead of from the vendors in bulk. So happy I found this one!
