Use this flour for all of my all purpose flour recipes and baking. Works well when recipe calls for coating food with flour (chicken, beef stew, and more) and for keeping flour from sticking for rolling cookies and pie crusts. Even used it to make a coffee cake and substituted one-for-one measure. I have all kinds of non-gluten flours (my husband is a celiac patient), and I reach for this flour 50% of the time.
I have tried so many gluten free flours and they have a terrible after taste. This has been the best! Everything tastes normal!!! My daughter made brownies using this flour and I had to double check that she made them gluten free. Highly recommend
