Pleasant semi-soft cow’s milk cheese with a light straw color & a mild, delicate, milky flavor. Hailing from the alpine valleys, and conquering the US palate by storm.

Asiago works particularly well in savory applications, asparagus, tomatoes, and leafy greens accompany it well in recipes. On a cheese plate , experts suggest serving it with honey and dried fruits
