Borlotti Beans (Dry) - Bag

The beans required considerably more than 45 minutes, more like 90 minutes, to cook after having been soaked overnight. They were still harder than they should have been after this extended cooking time. The cannellini beans which were cooked in the same pot, which were also fro Sogno Toscano, were fully cooked in 45 minutes. Bothy should have been cooked in 45 minutes. Not sure reason longer cooking time was required. Beans were tasty.

Excellent quality beans, will buy again!

These are so good. tried for the first time in a new recipe.... will purchase again.
