Carciofi Alla Romana (Roman Artichokes) - Can

These were excellent to eat.. Firm and had definite artichoke taste. Eat as is or in a salad

They are okay if you want to put them on a pizza or something. You probably wouldn't want to eat them out of the can. We did get some that had too much of the choke (the gross hairy stuff) attached, and also some that had hard inedible leaf chunks attached. The hearts themselves practically dissolved coming out of the can (you won't need a knife to cut them). Kind of bland and mushy. You could probably do worse, but I won't buy these again.

i really love this product, i love artichokes so much and Sogno Toscano brand is just the perfect quality to make any sort of dish, for cooking or serve them in to a salad! great choise
