Produced from the nectar provided to bees by the lemon blossom, which gives o particular and distinctive aromatic notes particularly rich in vitamin C, A, B and PP; minerals and sugars.

Organic unpasteurized lemon blossom honey.

Uses:
Perfect for sweetening and flavoring yogurt, desserts, teas, and herbal teas. It can be used also with omelets, spring salads, vinaigrettes, raw or cooked fish, and cheeses.
