Ingredients for Small polenta and radicchio cake

Preparation

  1. Wash the radicchio, remove the hard heart, cut it into strips and sauté it in the pan for a minute together with a drizzle of oil.
  2. Beat the eggs with yogurt, milk and oil. Add the flours, the yeast, the Parmesan, the oil and finally the radicchio.
  3. Stir quickly, adjust with salt and pepper and pour everything into small plum-cake trays.
  4. Bake at 180 ° C for about 25 minutes (50 if you use a single pan) or until the cakes are golden brown.
