Meat and Cheese Skewers

INGREDIENTS (6 servings)

 
 

PREPARATION 

 
  1. Cut the carrots into triangular slices about 1/3 inch thick and sauté them in a pan with a little vinegar.
  2. With a cookie cutter, make several star shaped pieces of mortadella and provolone.
  3. Cut the fontina in cubes and the radish in quarters or halves.
  4. Prepare the skewers alternating carrots, provolone, salame, cherry tomatoes, radishes, fontina, grapes and mortadella.
