Leeks with Speck

Ingredients (4 servings):

  • 12 leeks leafs
  • 200 g Sogno Toscano speck
  • 1 shallot
  • 2 spoons Red vinegar
  • 1 garlic clove
  • ½ vegetable broth
  • 1 bay leaf
  • Salt, Pepper

 

 Preparation:

  1. Wash the leeks, cut out the ending parts and in small log. Roll the speck.
  2. Peel and slice the shallot.
  3. Chop the garlic and put it in the pan with broth and bay leaf and let it seasoned for 5 minutes.
  4. Add the leeks with the speck, salt and pepper. Cover and cook for 10 mintues.
