Bresaola and Goat Taleggio Crostini
Ingredients (Valid for 8 people)
1)Drizzle extra virgin olive oil in a pan and add the garlic. Once the Garlic is golden, add the mushroom and let them cook for about 5 minutes, add salt and pepper. Set aside
2)Toast the bread
3)Work together the goat taleggio and the ricotta until you’ll obtain a creamy consistency, add salt and pepper.
4)Slice the bresaola with a sharp knife or slicer if you have it to obtain very thin slices
5)Spread the cheese mixture on the bread, add the mushroom, a slice of bresaola and chives on top
