Apricot with prosciutto crudo and Brandy.

Ingredients:

Preparation:

If use dried apricot:

  1. Soften 8 dried apricots in a bowl with a bit of brandy for 10 minutes. 
  2. Drain the apricots and dry them
  3. Wrap them with 1/2 slice of Sogno Toscano prosciutto crudo sliced
  4. Thread together with a skewer or toothpick
  5. TIP put the oven preheated at 480 degree for 2 minutes for warm spiedini 

 

If used fresh apricot:

  1. Cut 2 apricots into slices and put them in a bowl with a bit of brandy for 10 minutes. 
  2. Drain the apricots and dry them
  3. Wrap them with 1/2 slice of Sogno Toscano prosciutto crudo sliced
  4. Thread together with a skewer or toothpick
  5. TIP put the oven preheated at 480 degree for 2 minutes for warm spiedini
