Alfredo Fettuccine

 

INGREDIENTS:

  • 10 oz  truffle fettuccine pasta 
  • 8 oz grana padano cream cheese
  • 4 oz butter
  • For the sauce 2 ½ oz grana padano cheese 
  • ⅔ cup of hot water

RECIPE:

  • Grate Grana Padano cheese 2 ½ oz
  • Throw the pasta in boiling water Tartuflanghe Fettuccini Truffle pasta
  • In the pan melt 4 oz of butter 
  • When the butter is melted add pasta water
  • Add cooked pasta
  • Add parmean on top - mix
  • Add more pasta water and add more cheese - mix
  • Continue like this until the cheese is all used and the pasta is creamy
  • Serve :)
