Acciughe al Verde
- 1 ST Anchovy Fillets in olive oil (8.8oz)
- 1 bundle of parsley
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 spoon of ST Salted Sicilian Capers
- ST Sogno di Liguria EVOO
- First prepare the green sauce by mincing the garlic, parsley, capers in a food processor or blender. Add the olive oil, process, blend the ingredients to a smooth sauce.
- Roll up the anchovies fillets one by one and fill them inside with a bit of the green sauce.
- For a fancy presentation, you can lay each rolled fillet on a parsley leaf, and add on top one Sogno Toscano Riviera pitted olive.
