Spaghetti alla Mediterranea
- 1 Lb Sogno Toscano Spaghetti alla Chitarra
- 5/6 Table Spoon Sogno Toscano Riviera Olives
- 1 Table Spoon Sogno Toscano Capers in oil
- 2 Tablespoon Sogno Toscano Pesto
- 2 Table Spoon Sogno Toscano Sun-dried Tomatoes
- Salt, and fresh oregano to your liking.
- Cook the pasta following the package instruction. Once your pasta is ready, In a separate pan warm up the Riviera olives, the capers, the pesto and the sun-dried tomatoes that should have been previously cut it in small pieces.
- Toss the pasta in the sauce and stir until they are amalgamate.
- Season and garnish with salt and fresh oregano leaves.
