Spaghetti alla Mediterranea
- Sogno Toscano Spaghetti alla Chitarra 1lb
- Sogno Toscano Riviera Olives 5/6 tablespoon
- Sogno Toscano Capers in oil 1 table spoon
- Sogno Toscano Pesto 2 tablespoon
- Sogno Toscano Sun-dried Tomatoes 2 table spoon
- Salt, and fresh oregano to your liking.
- Cook the pasta following the package instruction. Once your pasta is ready, In a separate pan warm up the Riviera olives, the capers, the pesto and the sun-dried tomatoes that should have been previously cut it in small pieces.
- Toss the pasta in the sauce and stir until they are amalgamate.
- Season and garnish with salt and fresh oregano leaves.
