Cannellini Beans Polpette
- 2 Cans Cannellini Beans Sogno Toscano
- 1/2 Cup Parmigiano Sogno Toscano
- Fresh Thyme
- Oil Sogno Toscano
- Drain the cannellini beans from their water.
- In a Blender mix the beans, Parmigiano, Thyme, salt, and pepper and mix all the ingredients together.
- If the mixture is too soft add breadcrumbs.
- Put extra breadcrumbs on a plate.
- Form the balls with your hands and cover them with breadcrumbs.
- Set aside
- Warm-up frying oil and once is ready cook the balls until golden
