Cannellini Beans Polpette
2 Cans Cannellini Beans Sogno Toscano
1/2 Cup Parmigiano Sogno Toscano
Oil Sogno Toscano
Drain the cannellini beans from their water.
In a Blender mix the beans, Parmigiano, Thyme, salt, and pepper and mix all the ingredients together.
If the mixture is too soft add breadcrumbs.
Put extra breadcrumbs on a plate.
Form the balls with your hands and cover them with breadcrumbs.
Warm-up frying oil and once is ready cook the balls until golden
